The Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than Motorola Moto G Stylus, with a 11.67 score against 10. The Galaxy S21 Ultra body is newer and just a little thinner, but heavier than the Motorola Moto G Stylus. These devices have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.

Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a much more vibrant display than Motorola Moto G Stylus, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px, more pixels per inch in the display and a quite larger display. Moto G Stylus counts with a much greater storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Moto G Stylus also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a little faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G Stylus, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has 8 GB more RAM. Galaxy S21 Ultra takes much better videos and photos than Moto G Stylus, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much better video definition and a much higher 108 MP resolution back facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has just a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Moto G Stylus, because it has a 25% larger battery size.

Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Moto G Stylus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto G Stylus. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S21 Ultra, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola Moto G Stylus, letting go some features and specifications.
