Galaxy Note9 has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note9 also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a way better camera than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and videos, it also counts with a way bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality, a camera with lot more MP and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.

Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note9. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Note9, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
