Galaxy S21 has a general score of 91.8, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M31's overall score of 86.5. The Galaxy S21 is a newer cellphone, and it's also lighter and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy M31. These phones have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System). Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy M31, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400, much more brightness and a just a bit higher pixels quantity per inch in the screen.
Samsung Galaxy M31 features a quite bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB.
