The Galaxy S22 Ultra is just a bit better than Galaxy Note9, with a 95.4 score against 87.1. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a somewhat heavier phone than Galaxy Note9, but they are equally thin. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a just a bit worse count of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a quite larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels.

Galaxy Note9 has a much bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy Note9 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy Note9 has a little faster CPU than Galaxy S22 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with superior battery life than Galaxy Note9, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh. Galaxy S22 Ultra takes way better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a lot larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a lot more MP camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, else you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy Note9, letting go a couple specifications.
