Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is much better than Galaxy S23 Ultra, having a overall score of 95.4 against 81.5. These phones have the same Android 13 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a notably heavier phone than Galaxy S23 Ultra, but both of them have the same thickness.
