Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is better than Sony Xperia XZ3, getting a 95.4 score against 79.6. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has older 13 version and Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a a lot newer and somewhat thinner device than the Sony Xperia XZ3, but it is also somewhat heavier.
Xperia XZ3 features a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
