Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A20s has Android 11, providing the user lots of additional features and optimized performance.
Galaxy A20s counts with a much greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a more vivid display than Galaxy A20s, because it has a lot better pixel density, a quite larger display and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3080px.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra features a much better camera than Galaxy A20s, because it has a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a lot more mega-pixels camera and a bigger camera aperture.
