The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, having a 98.9 score against 81.5. Both phones in this review have the same Android 13 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding operating system features. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a little larger display and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3088px.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an extremely better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy S23 Ultra counts with a little better battery life than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4500mAh. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a tinier back camera sensor which gives a worse image and video quality, a much less MP back facing camera and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking photos in low light environments.
