Galaxy S23 Ultra is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, having a score of 81.5 against 81.2. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a much lighter but just a little thicker phone than Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Both devices we compare here include Android OS, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0.
