The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is way better than Galaxy S23 Ultra's score of 81.5. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a incredibly heavier cellphone than Galaxy S23 Ultra, but both have the same thickness. These phones include the same Android 13 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better hardware performance than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little bit better display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because it has a little larger display, a slightly better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a just a bit better display density.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a back facing camera with a lot worse 108 mega pixels resolution, a tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing photographs and/or video in low light environments and a much tinier sensor capturing less light and dull colors.
