The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a global score of 81.5, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2's 76 overall score. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has older 13 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a lighter but somewhat thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
