Galaxy M31 is much better than the Galaxy S24 FE, having a global score of 86.5 against 76. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31 has the older 11 version while Galaxy S24 FE has Android 14 version. The Galaxy M31 is a thicker but lighter phone than Galaxy S24 FE.
