Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version and OnePlus 9 Pro has Android 11 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a brighter screen than OnePlus 9 Pro, because although it has a little lower number of pixels per inch in the screen and a little worse resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, it also counts with a quite larger screen. OnePlus 9 Pro has a much greater processing power than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than OnePlus 9 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a superior camera than OnePlus 9 Pro, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a back camera with a much better resolution, a bigger sensor shooting higher quality photos and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with a little longer battery duration than OnePlus 9 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4500mAh.
