Comparison review
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy M31s, with a global score of 90.7 against 88. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has a newer 14 version while Samsung Galaxy M31s has Android 11, so it gives a couple additional features. Galaxy S25 Ultra is a a lot lighter and noticeably thinner cellphone than Samsung Galaxy M31s.
Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy M31s, because it has a higher 1440 x 3088 resolution, a bit bigger screen and a bit greater screen pixel density. Galaxy M31s has a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy S25 Ultra, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy M31s features a way better performance than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Galaxy S25 Ultra shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because it has a bigger aperture, a much higher resolution back-facing camera, a way bigger sensor providing a much better image quality and a much better video definition.
