The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is much better than Xperia XZ3, having a 90.7 score against 79.6. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a thinner and notably lighter phone than Xperia XZ3. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has the older 14 version and Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
