Samsung Galaxy S25 has a general score of 82.6, which is slightly better than Sony Xperia 5's general score of 81. Samsung Galaxy S25's design is much thinner and notably lighter than Sony Xperia 5. The Xperia 5 counts with a very superior processing unit than Galaxy S25, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.

The Galaxy S25 has a sharper screen than Xperia 5, because although it has a little lower count of pixels per screen inch and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little bigger display. The Samsung Galaxy S25 features a much better camera than Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality, a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a lot more mega pixels back facing camera.

Xperia 5 counts with a way bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy S25, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia 5 also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy S25 counts with better battery life than Xperia 5, because it has a 27 percent more battery size.
