Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a general score of 84.2, which is better than Galaxy S4 Active's 71.7 overall score. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a more recent 14 version while Galaxy S4 Active has Android 4.4 version, so it offers some extra features. Although the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a lot heavier than Galaxy S4 Active, it's a little bit thinner and also incredibly newer.
The Galaxy S4 Active has a very superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has lesser processing cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a little more vivid display than Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has a little worse quantity of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a way larger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a way bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 496 GB more internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a way better battery performance than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S4 Active, because it has a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels.
