Galaxy S4 is a bit better than the Moto G7 Power, having a 79 score against 72.6. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S4 has the older 4.4.4 version while Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy S4's construction is a lot lighter and thinner than Moto G7 Power, although it was released many years before.

The Galaxy S4 features an incredibly better looking screen than Motorola Moto G7 Power, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot higher count of pixels per inch in the display. Moto G7 Power features just a bit bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB.

Galaxy S4 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G7 Power, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster) and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU. The Moto G7 Power features a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Moto G7 Power shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a lower 12 megapixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger camera aperture for better low-light captures and video, a way higher video resolution and a bigger sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures.
