IPhone 7 Plus has a score of 83.8, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S4's 79 score. IPhone 7 Plus's design is newer and a bit thinner, but also notably heavier than Samsung Galaxy S4. The iPhone 7 Plus features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the iPhone 7 Plus also counts with a greater amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S4 counts with a bit better looking screen than iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Galaxy S4 also counts with a little bit better number of pixels in each display inch. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy S4, because although it has a camera in the back with less mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a larger aperture to capture better photography and videos in poorly lited situations and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus features just a little bit longer battery performance than Galaxy S4, because it has 2900mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone 7 Plus, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S4, giving up some features and specs.
