Comparison review
Galaxy M31 is much better than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, with an 86.5 score against 72.2. The Galaxy M31 design is noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31 has older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2.
Galaxy S4 Value Edition counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel count per inch of screen.
