The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, with a general score of 87.1 against 72.2. Although it's the best we compare here, Samsung Galaxy Note9's construction is somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition. Galaxy S4 Value Edition has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, although it has a little less pixels per inch in the screen, a lot smaller display and a way lower resolution of 1920 x 1080.
The Galaxy Note9 has a much greater storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a quite superior processing power than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has 4 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores (and they are faster).
The Galaxy Note9 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has a 54% greater battery size.
