Comparison review

The Galaxy S5 has a general score of 80.8, which is slightly better than Motorola Droid Turbo's overall score of 76.4. Both phones we are comparing here include Android operating system, but Galaxy S5 has older 4.4.2 version while Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4. Galaxy S5 is a somewhat lighter and noticeably thinner device than Motorola Droid Turbo, even when both of them were only released 4 months apart.

Motorola Droid Turbo features a display that is very similar to Galaxy S5's screen, because although the Motorola Droid Turbo has a just a little lower pixel number in each screen inch, it also counts with a bit bigger screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440. The Galaxy S5 counts with much more memory capacity for applications and games than Motorola Droid Turbo, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S5 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 128 GB.

Motorola Droid Turbo features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S5. Both of them have a 500 megahertz graphics co-processor, 4 cores and 3 GB of RAM. Galaxy S5 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Motorola Droid Turbo, although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a much less MP resolution back-facing camera and a tinier aperture.

The Motorola Droid Turbo has a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S5, because it has a 3900mAh battery size.

Although Galaxy S5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola Droid Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Droid Turbo. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Motorola Droid Turbo, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
