Galaxy Note9 has a global score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5's global score of 80.8. The Galaxy Note9 is a noticeably newer device than the Galaxy S5, although it is way heavier and a bit thicker. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 4 more processing cores and more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater count of pixels in each inch of display. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has a worse (4K) video definition and a lot worse 12 MP resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a much bigger camera aperture to capture better low light photography and video and a larger sensor taking better quality photographs and videos.
