IPhone 14 has a global score of 92.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active's score of 75.6. The iPhone 14 body is way newer and thinner, but also a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. IPhone 14 comes with iOS 16.x OS, and Samsung Galaxy S5 Active works with Android 4.4.4 OS.
IPhone 14 has a better CPU than Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a 64 bits processor, more cpu cores and more RAM. IPhone 14 has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because it has a just a bit greater number of pixels per screen inch, a larger display and a better 1170 x 2532 pixels resolution.
The iPhone 14 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. IPhone 14 features a superior camera than Galaxy S5 Active, although it has a lot worse 12 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
