The HTC U Ultra has an overall score of 77, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5 Active's score of 75.6. HTC U Ultra's construction weights the same than Galaxy S5 Active, but it is somewhat thinner. The Galaxy S5 Active counts with a little faster processor than HTC U Ultra, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Galaxy S5 Active also counts with an extra graphics processor.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy HTC U Ultra, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S5 Active, giving up some features and specifications.
