Comparison review
Huawei P40 lite 5G is better than the Galaxy S5 Active, with a general score of 83.4 against 75.6. Even though Huawei P40 lite 5G is somewhat heavier than Galaxy S5 Active, it's just a bit thinner and much newer. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS, but the Huawei P40 lite 5G has the older 10 version while Galaxy S5 Active has Android 4.4.4 version.
Galaxy S5 Active has a more vivid display than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because although it has a lot smaller display and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a little greater display density. The Huawei P40 lite 5G's processor is just as good as the CPU in Galaxy S5 Active, because although the Huawei P40 lite 5G has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores (although they are slower) and a greater amount of RAM.
Huawei P40 lite 5G captures greater videos and photos than Galaxy S5 Active, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei P40 lite 5G also has a back-facing camera with a much higher 64 mega-pixels resolution. Huawei P40 lite 5G has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei P40 lite 5G features a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
