The Motorola razr (2020) has an overall score of 87, which is better than the Galaxy S5 Active's general score of 75.6. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola razr (2020) has an older 11 version while Galaxy S5 Active has Android 4.4.4. Motorola razr (2020)'s design is incredibly newer and thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the Galaxy S5 Active.
The Motorola razr (2020) features a bit faster processor than Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and 4 more cpu cores (although slower). The Galaxy S5 Active features a brighter screen than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better display density and a quite better resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The Motorola razr (2020) features a greater camera than Galaxy S5 Active, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a camera in the back with a way higher resolution. Motorola razr (2020) features a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S5 Active, resigning a couple features and specifications.
