OnePlus 7T Pro has a general score of 75.8, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S5 Active's score of 75.6. OnePlus 7T Pro's body has the same thickness than Galaxy S5 Active, but it is somewhat heavier. The OnePlus 7T Pro features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
The Galaxy S5 Active counts with a bit sharper screen than OnePlus 7T Pro, although it has a lot smaller display, a bit inferior pixels amount in each inch of screen and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080. OnePlus 7T Pro has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.

Although OnePlus 7T Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S5 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S5 Active. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy S5 Active, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
