Comparison review
Galaxy S7 Active is just a bit better than Galaxy S5 Active, with a general score of 75.8 against 75.6. Although the Galaxy S7 Active is newer than Galaxy S5 Active, it is a little heavier and somewhat thicker. Galaxy S7 Active features just a bit better display than Galaxy S5 Active, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy S7 Active also has more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Active features a much better storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that allows up to 200 GB. Samsung Galaxy S5 Active counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because it has a 43 percent larger battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active captures a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Active, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a back-facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution.
Although Galaxy S7 Active is a better device, it costs more than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S5 Active.
