Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 Premium is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5 Active, getting an 82.2 score against 75.6. Xperia XZ2 Premium's body is a lot newer, but noticeably thicker and much heavier than the Galaxy S5 Active. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a brighter display than Galaxy S5 Active, because it has a bit larger screen, a lot better resolution of 2160 x 3840 and a way better pixel density.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has much more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 400 GB. Xperia XZ2 Premium has just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more cpu cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, because it has a 3540mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a higher 19 mega-pixels resolution camera.
