The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a general score of 78.2, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S5 mini's 71.3 overall score. The Xiaomi Poco M3 is a a lot newer device than Samsung Galaxy S5 mini, but it is way heavier and a little thicker. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Xiaomi Poco M3 has a newer 10 version and Samsung Galaxy S5 mini has Android 4.4 version.
Galaxy S5 mini counts with a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Poco M3, although it has a bit lower pixels density, a much smaller display and a much lower 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.
