Galaxy S5 Plus is just a bit better than Google Nexus 5, having a overall score of 78.1 against 76. Although Galaxy S5 Plus and Google Nexus 5 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy S5 Plus design is a little thinner but heavier than Google Nexus 5. Both phones in this comparison have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S5 Plus has the previous 4.4.2 version while Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3.
