Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, with an 81.7 score against 78.1. Even being the best phone in this comparison review, we must highlight that it's also a somewhat heavier and a bit thicker phone. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2.

Galaxy Note Edge has a bit faster CPU than Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have a 500 megahertz graphics processor and 4 cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a slightly better screen than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a little higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a little bit larger display.

Galaxy Note Edge features a slightly better camera than Galaxy S5 Plus. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same video definition, a same resolution back-facing camera, a same size back-facing camera sensor and the same aperture. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has 32 GB internal memory capacity.

The Galaxy Note Edge features just a bit better battery life than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 3000mAh battery size instead of 2800mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S5 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S5 Plus. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy S5 Plus, giving up some features and specifications.
