The Sony Xperia XZ3 has a score of 79.6, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's 78.1 general score. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia XZ3 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2. The Sony Xperia XZ3 body is incredibly newer than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's, although it's thicker and noticeably heavier.
Xperia XZ3 has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores and more RAM. Sony Xperia XZ3 features a little bit better screen than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a just a little better quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a bigger screen and a much higher 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution.
Xperia XZ3 counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, resigning some specs and features.
