The Apple iPhone 7 Plus is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, having a score of 83.8 against 77.8. Although Apple iPhone 7 Plus is somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, it's somewhat thinner and a lot newer. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport features a bit superior CPU than iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 4 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport features a little sharper screen than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport also counts with a little more pixels per display inch. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus features a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
IPhone 7 Plus has a little longer battery life than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 4% bigger battery capacity. The Galaxy S5 Sport features a little bit better camera than iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for shooting pictures and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy S5 Sport also counts with a much more MP back-facing camera and a larger sensor capturing higher quality photos and videos.
Although iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone 7 Plus, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, resigning a couple features and specifications.
