The Apple iPhone XS Max has a global score of 84.5, which is slightly better than Galaxy S5 Sport's global score of 77.8. The Apple iPhone XS Max construction is a lot newer and thinner than Galaxy S5 Sport's, although it is heavier. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport counts with just a bit better looking display than iPhone XS Max, although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, a lot smaller display and a quite inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen.
The iPhone XS Max has a quite bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. IPhone XS Max features a bit faster processor than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM, a 64-bits processing unit and more CPU cores.
IPhone XS Max counts with a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has a lot worse 12 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a lower (4K) video quality, it also counts with a larger sensor and a larger camera aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited environments.
