Comparison review
Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5 Sport's general score of 77.8. Even though the Galaxy Note Edge and Galaxy S5 Sport were released with only 2 months difference, Galaxy Note Edge's construction is just a bit heavier but a bit thinner than Galaxy S5 Sport. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note Edge has 5.0 version and Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides the user some additional features.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a slightly better display than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a bit bigger screen, a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a quite greater pixels count per inch of screen. The Galaxy Note Edge features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have 4 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a much better graphics processor running at 500 megahertz and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note Edge features a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB, the Galaxy Note Edge also has 16 GB more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 7% more battery capacity.
Galaxy Note Edge takes clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S5 Sport. Both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same resolution back-facing camera, a same size aperture, the same video frame rates and the same sensor size.
Galaxy Note Edge is more expensive than Galaxy S5 Sport, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
