Comparison review

Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.3, which is a little bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 global score. Both devices we compare here include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version while LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10. The Galaxy S6 body is somewhat thinner and a lot lighter than LG V50 ThinQ, although it was released many years before.

Galaxy S6 has a bit better hardware performance than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64 bits processing unit. Galaxy S6 has a better screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a little lower 2560 x 1440 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little higher pixels density.

The LG V50 ThinQ has a much bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S6, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. LG V50 ThinQ counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 57 percent bigger battery capacity.

The LG V50 ThinQ captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a way lower 12 megapixels resolution back camera, and they both have a same size camera sensor, the LG V50 ThinQ also counts with a much larger camera aperture for better low light captures and videos.

Galaxy S6 is a bit more expensive than the LG V50 ThinQ, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
