Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is a bit better than the LG V20, having an 80.9 score against 77. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is a somewhat thicker but notably lighter cellphone than the LG V20. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features a faster CPU than LG V20, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a GPU, more processing cores and a 64-bit processing unit.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a brighter screen than LG V20, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch. LG V20 features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity.
LG V20 captures much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor giving a worse image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the same video frame rates and the same resolution camera in the back, the LG V20 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture.
The Galaxy S6 Active counts with a bit better battery duration than LG V20, because it has a 9% bigger battery size.
Although Galaxy S6 Active is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V20. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy LG V20, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
