Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Edge is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, with an 81.7 score against 80.9. Both phones in this comparison use the same Android 5.0 OS. Galaxy S6 Active counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy S6 Active also has a faster graphics processor working at 650 MHz, a 64-bits processor and more cores (although they are slower).
The Galaxy S6 Active has a little sharper display than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440px resolution, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge takes better photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same video frame rates, a same resolution back facing camera and a same size back camera sensor.
Galaxy Note Edge features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. Both have equal internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has just a little better battery duration than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S6 Active. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S6 Active, giving up a couple specs and features.
