Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's general score of 80.9. The Galaxy Note9 is a notably heavier phone than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, but both of them are 0.35inches thick. The Galaxy S6 Active features a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixel count per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a very superior memory for games and applications than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 128 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an additional GPU.
