Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.4, which is better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's 77.9 global score. Although Galaxy S6 and Motorola DROID Turbo were only released 6 months apart, Galaxy S6 is incredibly thinner and notably lighter. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 has the newer 5.0 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a little bit better screen than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a little bit better pixel density. Galaxy S6 counts with much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 features just a bit better processing power than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a greater number of cores , a 64-bits CPU and a better graphics co-processor. The Galaxy S6 takes a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with a much lower resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better low light captures and videos.

Motorola DROID Turbo features a very superior battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has a 53 percent more battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 costs a lot more money than the Motorola DROID Turbo, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
