The Samsung Galaxy S6 is better than Galaxy J7 Max, getting an 87.4 score against 76.1. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S6 has the older 5.0 version and Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Galaxy S6 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processor. The Galaxy S6 features a way better display than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
Galaxy S6 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and video, it also counts with a more megapixels camera in the back and a way better (4K) video definition. Samsung Galaxy S6 features a bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity instead of 2550mAh.
