Comparison review
Galaxy M31s is slightly better than Galaxy S6, having a score of 88 against 87.4. The Galaxy M31s is a a lot newer phone than the Galaxy S6, but it is notably heavier and incredibly thicker. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31s has the newer 11 version while Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0, offering lots of additional features and optimized performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. Galaxy M31s has much more memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M31s also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy S6 has just a bit better performance than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a graphics co-processor and a 64 bits CPU. Samsung Galaxy M31s features a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 2550mAh.
The Galaxy M31s shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy M31s also has a much bigger camera sensor, a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a larger camera aperture to take better low light images and video.
