Samsung Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.4, which is better than the Xperia XZ1's global score of 78.3. Samsung Galaxy S6's body is lighter and a bit thinner than the Xperia XZ1, even though it was released many years before. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a little better processing power than Xperia XZ1, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and an additional graphics co-processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a much better looking display than Sony Xperia XZ1, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Xperia XZ1 captures a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZ1 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with a better 19 mega pixels resolution.
The Sony Xperia XZ1 features a much better storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Xperia XZ1 features just a little better battery duration than Galaxy S6, because it has 2700mAh of battery capacity.
