Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly better than iPhone 8, with a global score of 85.7 against 85. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge's body is a little thinner and somewhat lighter than iPhone 8, although it was released many years before. Galaxy S6 Edge has a much more vibrant display than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a little bigger display, a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a much better quantity of pixels per inch of display.
The iPhone 8 features a very superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 256 GB internal storage. IPhone 8's processing unit is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge one, and although the iPhone 8 has a lower number of cores (although faster), doesn't have a graphics processing unit and a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a 64-bit processor.
Apple iPhone 8 counts with a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a way less mega pixels resolution camera, a smaller back camera sensor taking lower quality videos and images and a lower 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a larger camera aperture for better low-light photos and video.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a very superior battery life than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a 43 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a little more expensive than iPhone 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the iPhone 8. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the iPhone 8, letting go a couple specs and features.
