Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly better than the Google Pixel XL, with a general score of 85.7 against 81.3. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an older device than the Google Pixel XL, but Samsung was able to make it thinner and notably lighter anyway. Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better screen than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a just a bit higher pixels number in each inch in the display.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a more powerful processor than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor, a greater number of cores and a 64-bit processing unit. Google Pixel XL counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and video, a back camera with a much worse 12.3 mega pixels resolution and a lower (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor.
Google Pixel XL's storage for games and applications is just as good as Galaxy S6 Edge's one, both have equal internal storage capacity. The Google Pixel XL counts with greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3450mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge costs a little more than Google Pixel XL, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
