Comparison review

Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's overall score of 77.9. Even when Galaxy S6 Edge and Motorola DROID Turbo were only released 5 months apart, Galaxy S6 Edge is extremely thinner and lighter. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 Edge has newer 5.0 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version, providing the user a couple nice extra features.

Galaxy S6 Edge features a bit better CPU than Motorola DROID Turbo, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has a greater number of cores , a 64-bit processing unit and a better GPU working at 650 megahertz. Galaxy S6 Edge features a bit sharper screen than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a little bit greater pixels density.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has 64 GB more internal storage. Motorola DROID Turbo features a superior battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3900mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.

The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola DROID Turbo. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, else you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo, letting go some features and specifications.
