Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a bit better than Moto Z4, with an 85.7 score against 79.8. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has older 5.0 version while Moto Z4 has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge's body is just a little bit thinner and lighter than the Moto Z4, despite of the fact that it was released 4 years before.

Galaxy S6 Edge features a better processing unit than Moto Z4, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit processor and an additional graphics processing unit. Galaxy S6 Edge has a much better screen than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.

The Moto Z4 shoots greater photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Moto Z4 also has a much higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back camera, a larger aperture to take better photos in poorly lited situations and a lot larger sensor providing a way better image quality.

The Moto Z4 features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Moto Z4 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola Moto Z4 counts with a much better battery duration than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto Z4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto Z4. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Moto Z4, giving up a couple features and specifications.
