Galaxy S6 Edge is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A12, having a global score of 85.7 against 80.3. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 Edge has older 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy A12 has Android 10 version. The Galaxy S6 Edge is an notably older phone than the Samsung Galaxy A12, but Samsung was able to make it thinner and incredibly lighter anyway.

The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional GPU. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher display density and a lot better 2560 x 1440 resolution.
